vault49

I’ve been working on a project with the guys over at Vault49 in NY and they sent me this screened printed today. I believe em when they say the color registrations on this were a bitch to do by hand. But this could start a well needed re-vamp with my apartment. I love this piece too…

Some pretty dope decks and a K2 board series for sale on their blog here.

“For my Graphic work I compile as much source material as possible in the form of textures , random marks and scribbles etc and scan it all, the primary image is drawn and also scanned. I then manipulate the constituent parts on the computer, I keep the amount of layers to a bare minimum so the results are as spontaneous as possible. I dont use any filters at all to keep the ‘digital’ nature of the image to a minimum.”

I love this ish. He’s an illustrator out of UK. Prints have been sold out for a while though. Check the rest here. [byroglyphics]

Swash and The Gumball Machine

Been meaning to post some work of these two. I just spun at their extremely successful art-walk a weekend ago. Umm, yeah… I’m little rusty on the tables but atleast I had some decent white labels in rotation. Here’s Lisa of Gumball
Julie of Swash does some rad letterpress for cards, handouts, etc.

Art for purchase is here.

producer perks

Just got this in the mail from Kristian Olson outta Cali. We worked on some KEXP posters with him a while back, and he hooks it up with some promos every now and then. Pretty dope. Textures (not seen in my shitty jpg) go on for days.
