The plausible impossibility of death in the mind of cartoon characters
Finally, Jerry and Tweety get theirs.

My aim was to make a material that had a voice of it’s own, not just a passive lifeless thing. I started with the idea of combining small objects in order to create something larger. I arrived at the idea of using toy soldiers as my ingredients.
Still (understandably) enjoy little green army men. This piece from Dominic Wilcox. Little late on the catch, yeah thanks.

I’ve been working on a project with the guys over at Vault49 in NY and they sent me this screened printed today. I believe em when they say the color registrations on this were a bitch to do by hand. But this could start a well needed re-vamp with my apartment. I love this piece too…

Some pretty dope decks and a K2 board series for sale on their blog here.
“For my Graphic work I compile as much source material as possible in the form of textures , random marks and scribbles etc and scan it all, the primary image is drawn and also scanned. I then manipulate the constituent parts on the computer, I keep the amount of layers to a bare minimum so the results are as spontaneous as possible. I dont use any filters at all to keep the ‘digital’ nature of the image to a minimum.”
I love this ish. He’s an illustrator out of UK. Prints have been sold out for a while though. Check the rest here. [byroglyphics]

I love this video. His sketch book is great too. [blublu.org] Oh, and thank Miller for passing.
Killed for Less ran into Fremont local legend Fawzi Benhariz (A.K.A Benny, A.K.A The Rock Balancer, A.K.A The Stone Dancer) yesterday and this is what we saw.
Benny explained, in great detail, to me how that best place to find the center is at the edge and some other shit that I didn’t understand. Dude is definitely next-level and has Fremont on total lockdown (read this article in The Stranger from a couple years back to find out how he basically runs that neighborhood).
He also has a website.
Just got this in the mail from Kristian Olson outta Cali. We worked on some KEXP posters with him a while back, and he hooks it up with some promos every now and then. Pretty dope. Textures (not seen in my shitty jpg) go on for days.

Not that I could ever afford this, or that I don’t have other things that I need that are SLIGHTLY more important, but just thought I’d share.
